About The Sim Center

THE SIM CENTER offers a 12,000 sq. ft. Shoot House that is customizable to suit your needs! Located in Cleveland, NC, we are convenient to the Greater Charlotte and Lake Norman area, Iredell, Rowan, Cabarrus counties, and many more. Inside you can utilize our 1,800 sq. ft. residential set with all the fundamental characteristics of a real home, complete with furnished bedrooms, kitchen, dining rooms bathrooms, and more. Take advantage of our other public sets such as a restaurant, office, and outdoor areas for advanced learning such as defense from a vehicle.

The Sim Center is routinely used for military, law enforcement personnel, home defense training, or a great team-building event. Rent The Sim Center for birthdays, bachelor parties, or corporate events.

It doesn’t get more realistic than this! Our facility and training program is based around a simulated real world experience that is both instructional and intense. Either paper targets or actual role players for force-on-force engagements can be utilized based on your needs and skill level. Low-light scenarios also available.

UTM Man Marker rounds are non-lethal at a velocity less than 335fps, safe for your hearing, accurate to 1.97” at 11 yards (farther than the average defensive encounter), and are non-toxic. These rounds allow you to safely engage our role players and evaluate your effectiveness with quantifiable and quality results.

All training and events which utilize UTM rounds will include personal protective equipment (PPE), real world converted pistols or AR conversion kits, and instruction by a Certified UTM Trainer.
